Patient Stories

Real outcomes. Real patients.

★★★★★

I came in barely able to turn my neck after a rear-end collision. After six sessions with Dr. Webb, I had full rotation back and the headaches that had plagued me for three weeks were gone. The postural analysis showed exactly why — he explained every step.

★★★★★

I'm a trail runner and my IT band/hip issue had me sidelined for two months. Dr. Hollis combined adjustments with dry needling and a corrective exercise plan that actually fit my training schedule. I was back running in three weeks. Incredible.

★★★★★

I was skeptical about chiropractic care — thought it was just cracking backs. What I got was a thorough intake, digital posture images, a treatment plan with clear milestones, and a doctor who actually listens. Three months later my chronic lower back pain is an 8-out-of-10 better.

Common Questions

Everything you need to know before booking.

Does chiropractic care hurt?

Most patients feel immediate relief during or after their first adjustment. Some experience mild soreness — similar to post-workout muscle fatigue — that typically resolves within 24 hours. We always work within your comfort level and use the lightest effective force. If anything feels wrong, we stop immediately and reassess.

How many visits will I need?

It depends on your condition, how long it has been present, and your treatment goals. Acute injuries often resolve in 4–8 sessions. Chronic conditions or postural correction programs typically require 12–20 visits. We give you a written treatment plan with expected milestones at your first appointment — we don't do open-ended 'you'll need this forever' care.

Do you accept health insurance?

Yes — we are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Cigna, and Aetna. We also accept Medicare and most Colorado Medicaid plans. Our front desk verifies your benefits before your first visit so there are no surprises. We also offer self-pay rates for patients without coverage.

What should I wear to my first appointment?

Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows easy movement. Athletic wear is ideal. Avoid restrictive jeans or tight dresses. Your first visit includes a full intake, orthopedic and neurological examination, postural assessment, and your first treatment — plan for about 60 minutes.
