Chiropractor performing a precise spinal adjustment
🦴Spinal Adjustment
$85per session · 30–45 min

Spinal adjustment — also called spinal manipulation — is the signature treatment of chiropractic care. Dr. Webb applies a controlled, directed force to a specific spinal joint that has lost its normal range of motion or is misaligned (subluxated). The result is restored mobility, reduced nerve irritation, and — for most patients — immediate reduction in pain.

At Ridgeline, we use two primary techniques: Diversified (high-velocity, low-amplitude thrust by hand) and Activator (a hand-held instrument that delivers a precise, lighter impulse). Which technique we use depends on your anatomy, age, tolerance, and condition. Some patients prefer the audible "pop" of manual adjusting; others feel more comfortable with the instrument. We work with your preference.

Most patients report noticeable improvement within 2–4 sessions. We evaluate at each visit and adjust the plan based on your response. We do not continue adjusting if it isn't producing results.

Physical therapy and corrective exercise session
🏃Corrective Exercise
$65per session · 45 min

Adjustments correct joint alignment. Corrective exercise builds the muscular support structure that keeps you aligned. Without both, many patients find their problems return after care ends — because the underlying movement patterns that created the problem in the first place remain unchanged.

Your corrective exercise program is built from a movement screen and functional assessment conducted at your intake. We identify specific weak links — tight hip flexors, weak glutes, overactive upper traps, whatever your particular pattern is — and design a targeted sequence of exercises that address those links directly.

Every program includes a printed or digital home exercise protocol with photos and cueing instructions. Most home programs take 15–20 minutes and are designed to fit into your existing routine, not replace it.

Therapeutic dry needling treatment for muscle pain
📍Dry Needling
$75per session · 30 min

Dry needling uses sterile, single-use monofilament needles — identical to acupuncture needles in diameter — inserted directly into trigger points (hyperirritable nodules within muscle tissue). When the needle contacts a trigger point, it produces a local twitch response: a brief involuntary muscle contraction that releases the knot and improves blood flow to the area.

The result is reduction in muscle tension, improvement in range of motion, and often significant pain relief for complaints that have been resistant to other treatments. Dry needling is particularly effective for chronic muscle pain, post-activity soreness, and conditions where the primary driver is muscular rather than structural.

Dry needling is not acupuncture. It shares the needle but uses Western anatomical and neurophysiological principles to guide needle placement. Jamie Torres, LMT and Dr. Hollis both hold advanced certification in dry needling and work in coordination with our chiropractic adjustments for maximum effect.

Clinician performing a hands-on postural and movement assessment
📐Postural Analysis
$45per consultation · 45 min

Poor posture is the single most preventable cause of musculoskeletal pain in office workers, remote professionals, and students. But "fix your posture" is useless advice without knowing specifically what your posture is doing — and why. Our postural analysis provides both.

Using digital photography and posture-analysis software, we capture front, side, and rear images of your standing posture and generate a report that identifies deviations in head position, shoulder height, pelvic level, and spinal curvature. The report includes measurements (not just a general impression) so we can track improvement over time.

The consultation ends with a personalized correction program: specific stretches, strengthening exercises, and ergonomic modifications for your work and sleep environment. For many patients, postural analysis alone — without further chiropractic treatment — resolves chronic tension headaches and upper back pain.
